She has been schooled by acting coach Dean Armstrong, of "Queer as Folk" fame.

Is into sports and likes camping.

Has expressed interest in law as a future career.

Like her "Radio Free Roscoe" character Lily, Kate also sings and plays guitar.

Admires the work of Meryl Streep and Sheryl Crow.

Currently writing songs for her debut CD.

Enjoys traveling, having visited many countries and has lived in Spain on an exchange program.

Graduated High School as a designate Ontario Scholar.

Maintains a healthy and active lifestyle.

Presently studying the Meisner Acting Technique.
